Great place for a family getaway

So we had this family room upgrade that was really nice and spacious. The kids had a blast at the jacuzzi at night and I gotta say, the food at that Hacienda Sisal was pretty good too.

While it wasn't exactly cheap, it was still acceptable for what we got.

My stay at The Royal was enjoyable overall. The beach was stunning with crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming. Loved the friendly staff who made us feel welcome every day. The food options were great, especially at Hacienda Sisal – every meal exceeded my expectations. The pool area was well-maintained, providing a relaxing vibe. However, getting chair space at the pool could be tricky at times. I found it challenging to navigate the property due to the lack of clear signage. We faced issues with dinner reservations. getting the time we wanted was difficult. Also, I encountered varied responses to my questions at the reception, which felt a bit unprofessional. Despite these hiccups, the cleanliness of the resort and the quality of service shone through. Enjoyed complimentary room service and appreciated the upgrade to a lovely family room. The festive atmosphere for the 4th of July celebration was a highlight. Would consider coming back despite some inconveniences in reservations and communication.

We had an amazing time at The Royal Sands Resort & Spa! Our Deluxe Two Bedroom Master Suite was spacious and had a private balcony with stunning ocean views. The all-inclusive experience truly made our family vacation stress-free, with plenty of delicious food options available. The kids absolutely loved the beautiful pools and the private beach area.

Dinner reservations were a bit challenging to secure.

I loved spending hours lounging by the outdoor pool, soaking in the sun and sipping on tropical drinks. The spa treatments left me feeling completely rejuvenated, especially the full body massage that felt like a dream! Plus, the gorgeous view from my Junior Suite overlooking the pool and ocean was the cherry on top of this very nice stay!

A week of sea and sun!

Waking up to stunning ocean views made each morning special. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was memorable and comfortable.

However, the strict pool rules limited our swim area, which dampened some of the fun. We felt restricted despite being experienced swimmers.

Awesome place with free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, and excellent dining. I remember how the staff helped me find great local eats on my first visit. I'm coming back for a new year!

I enjoyed my stay at The Royal in Cancun. The beachfront views from my Junior Suite were fine, and having no loud music around provided a serene atmosphere. Although some guests were overly loud, the excellent food options made up for it. I can’t wait to return!

The Royal Sands Resort & Spa features beautiful, spacious suites with tasteful decor. The accessible pathways and ample seating throughout the lush grounds made it easy for me to enjoy leisurely strolls and relax with friends.

Improve shuttle service to restaurants for seniors.

The adult pool was a bit too quiet for my liking — a bit more liveliness would be appreciated!!! Also, the food quality stands out for the wrong reasons at places like El Conquistador — definitely needs improvement!!!
